On Saturday the 29th of October Stockport County Community Foundation hosted their annual Ability Counts League presentation.

Each year Stockport County Community Foundation work in conjunction with Cheshire FA to run the Ability Counts Football League This League gives all Pan Disability players the chance to showcase their skills in a friendly yet competitive environment.

The presentation saw all participants that have been involved with the Ability Counts League over the past season receive a medal for their commitments. Alongside the participation awards there were also individual awards, which included each team selecting a Player of the Season.  Before finally presenting the winning team of each division their trophy.
