Equity Foundation Are Presented With Shirt For Their Support!

As part of the partnership working that has taken place between Equity Housing Group and Stockport County Community Foundation, colleagues from Equity Housing Group, based in Cheadle Hulme, were proud to be presented with a signed shirt from Stockport County Football Club.

Vice Chairman of Stockport County Community Foundation,Helen Foster-Grime who presented the shirt, alongside Chairman IanLees, said, “ We are of proud of the work Stockport County Community Foundation undertakes across the borough of Stockport. As the National Football League's Community Foundation of the year 2017 we are delighted with the excellent support we have had over the past year from The Equity Foundationand we are confident that through continuing to strengthen this partnership, together we can help transform and improve even more lives in our Community. "


Matthew Bailey, Assistant Manager at the Community Foundation added,

“The funding received from the Equity Foundation has enabled usto deliver 6 brand new projectsin Stockport, including our anti-social behavior sessions this Summerwhere our coaches engaged with over 600 young peoplein Parks across Stockport. We hope to continue our partnership work with Equity Foundation in 2018 which will open up many more opportunities for the benefit of the Community in Stockport. "

Over the past year Stockport County Community Foundation have received grants from The Equity Foundation which has enabled them to deliver new projects in the wider community.
